This allergy aware recipe uses gluten free oats and contains no nuts! This twist on our original recipe is packed with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts and coconut. It's crunchy, toasty and lightly sweetened with maple syrup.

We offer free delivery within Nelson, Kaslo, Castlegar, Trail, Fruitvale and Salmo for orders over $30. We will email you when your order is ready and on its way to you! Orders under $30 can be delivered for a $5 fee or can be picked up in 6 mile.
